I've had back issues particularly in the rotator cuffs and shoulder blades from work with very tight neck, upper traps, mid traps, erectors and on inner shoulder blades. After going through compo 4 times at work i kept being told I had weak rhomboids and core so 10x physio sessions each time with 3 months of exercise physio. This would help for 3 months after finishing exercise physio and would come back having >20 sick days a year for last 5yrs due to pain. I couldn't go to gym for last 10yrs as I would go once doing light weights and would be in pain the next 2 weeks so was pointless 😔
After getting tired of it and feeling something else was wrong as I know my body better than so called experts I got scans and the whole body scan showed I was out of alignment from my point of view . The pain specialist I was seeing said "no that's nothing" and indicated I had myofascitis. So after countless remedial massages over the past 10 years I looked at myotherapist near me on google and found Anton 👍🏻
Anton is great he listen to how, why, when and where as described above and indicated that I felt the scans showed I was out of alignment. He agreed and set to work doing re-alignment, fire cupping, myotherapy and when doing re-alignment I felt my back all of a sudden loosen and tension reduced 90% then with myo and dry needleing pin pointed in the rotators.
Unlike the physio and exercise physio giving me out dated exercises to do at home cat/camel, planking etc Anton gave me 3 specific targeted exercises to do that 100% targeted my painful areas perfectly and i only use these exercises and have thrown out the countless 1990s exercises from physio.
I've been 3 times in past couple of months and have not had a day off for injury from the first session I had and I have started the gym again after 10 years yay✌️🏻 Thanks Anton I'm so glad I found you mate you have improved my quality of life 110% and in my opinion are better at your craft than any physiotherapist, exercise physio and chiropractor cheers man....Jeff
